Please be aware that Sole Sanctuary operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

As I am sure you can appreciate, late cancellations and no-show's really do affect both the efficiency of Sole Sanctuary and availability of appointments to clients. If you wish to cancel or change your treatment then please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise you will incur a cancellation fee for the full price of the treatment if I am unable to fill your appointment.

 

This will need to be paid in full before any further appointments can be booked.
