Born in Essex, I qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 1996 and went onto

having my own beauty room. I relocated  to Cambridge in my late teens.

Having struggled personally with multiple Stomach Ulcers, a friend

recommended reflexology it completely changed my life for the better.

This is where I discovered my love of reflexology.

Having personally realised the benefits of reflexology,  I decided that I wanted

to assist other people  the same way that my reflexologist assisted me. In 2009, I trained and qualified with a VTCT level 3 diploma in reflexology.

 

In 2017 Sole Sanctuary was created.

My passion is reflexology and holistic therapies. I also have a qualification in

Fertility Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Baby & Toddler Reflexology,

Hot Stones Reflexology, Crystal Healing Reflexology and AromaReflex, this so that I can offer my clients a treatment to suit their needs.

I am qualified in and offer the following treatments, Hopi Ear Candling,                      Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and Lava Shells Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and I am dedicated to working within the high standards and codes of ethics set out by the AOR. I am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT) which enables me to provide a safe and fully insured practice.
