As a qualified Reflexologist, I have over thirteen years of experience,

​I am deeply passionate about the incredible healing benefits of reflexology and other holistic therapies such as Reiki. While I have extensive experience supporting women's health, particularly with pregnancy, fertility, and menopause, I also work with men and people of all ages to help address a wide range of physical, emotional, and energetic needs. I believe that true health and well-being come from treating the whole person and restoring balance on every level: body, mind, and spirit.

My treatment room is a peaceful sanctuary designed to help you unwind from the moment you arrive. Soft candlelight, gentle music, and the soothing aroma of essential oils create a calm, welcoming space where you can fully relax and switch off from the outside world.

Sole Sanctuary is peacefully located on the outskirts of Newmarket in Kentford, with easy access from Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Ely, and across Suffolk, as well as the surrounding counties of Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
